SOHO HDB provides a solution to Singapore’s problem in the working environment. With having HDB as the Setting of this project, many Singapore residents are provided an office space within their homes to support their private enterprise. Home is a place that it can be used to work aside from a commercial office space. Crowded public space which has caused effects such as cramped public transportation due to the over population of workers.
 
The SOHO HDB accomodate flats that are flexible allowing both living and working in the same place. A flexible yet simple design of flat supports the usage of the space that in the working hours, the space becomes an office and afterward, can be easily used as a residential area.
